Circular Economy at Work
Our R&D team is developing a process where non-recyclable municipal solid waste, plastics, and biomass are thermally converted into syngas (a mixture of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and other gases).
Hydrogen Extraction
From this syngas, hydrogen is separated using advanced purification systems. Hydrogen is a critical building block for producing ammonia (NH₃).
Ammonia Synthesis
The hydrogen is then combined with nitrogen from the air in a catalytic process to produce ammonia — one of the world’s most important raw materials for fertilizers.
Fertilizer for Food Security
The resulting green ammonia fertilizer is entirely derived from waste, offering a sustainable alternative to fossil fuel–based ammonia production. This innovation not only closes the waste loop but also directly supports global agriculture and food security.
Research & Development Turning Waste Into Resources – FroM Energy to Fertilizer
At PANORAX ENERGY, innovation never stops. While our smokeless reactor technology is already transforming waste into clean electricity, our R&D division is pioneering the next breakthrough: converting waste into green ammonia fertilizers.
Free Power
from Any Waste
The PANORAX ENERGY is a breakthrough in waste-to-energy conversion. Unlike traditional incinerators, which releases toxic smoke and requires complex filtration systems, our process uses advanced chemistry and engineering to achieve complete combustion while protecting the environment, it can process mixed waste without sorting, drastically cutting operational costs and complexity.
At its heart is the Universal Waste Jet Reactor — a system capable of operating at ultra-high combustion temperatures. This eliminates harmful toxins such as dioxins and furans, producing invisible exhaust gases that meet and exceed both U.S. EPA and EU emission standards.
This technology isn’t experimental — it’s tested, validated, and ready for global deployment. For investors, it means reduced risk and faster returns.
How PANORAX ENERGY Creates Clean Energy Without Smoke
Most people are familiar with the sight of black smoke rising from chimneys or landfills burning uncontrolled. That smoke is actually a sign of incomplete combustion — when waste does not fully burn, it releases harmful gases, toxic particles, and visible pollution into the air. Traditional waste incinerators often struggle with this, requiring expensive filters and scrubbers to clean up the exhaust afterward.
At PANORAX ENERGY our technology takes a completely different approach. Instead of trying to “clean” dirty smoke after it has already formed, our smokeless reactor is designed so that smoke never appears in the first place.
The Secret: Perfect Balance in Combustion
In chemistry, every fuel (like plastic, tires, or organic waste) contains elements such as carbon, hydrogen, and sometimes sulfur. When these elements are combined with the exact right amount of oxygen and burned at the right temperature, they completely transform into colorless gases:
-
Carbon becomes carbon dioxide (CO₂)
-
Hydrogen becomes water vapor (H₂O)
-
Nitrogen from the air passes through as nitrogen gas (N₂)
This process is called stoichiometric combustion — a long word that simply means burning with the perfect balance. There is no “too much” or “too little” oxygen, so nothing is left half-burned. That means no black smoke, no soot, and no toxic byproducts drifting into the atmosphere.
Why It Works in PANORAX ENERGY Reactors
Our engineers designed the reactor to keep waste at very high, controlled temperatures where complete combustion naturally happens. Instead of releasing clouds of visible smoke, the system produces only invisible exhaust: CO₂, nitrogen, and steam. Independent testing has confirmed that all pollutants from the PANORAX ENERGY reactor are not only within international safety standards (EPA in the U.S. and EU norms) but often far below them.
-
Nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) – safely below limits
-
Carbon monoxide (CO) – less than half the allowed maximum
-
Sulfur dioxide (SO₂) – more than 10 times lower than the permitted level
-
Particulate matter (PM) – at or below strict thresholds
This proves that PanoraX is not just smokeless to the eye, but truly clean by science.
What This Means for Communities
-
Clean Air – No smoke, no smell, no toxic gases harming lungs.
-
No Hazardous Landfills – Waste is destroyed at the source instead of piling up for decades.
-
Climate Action – Landfills are one of the largest sources of methane, a gas 24 times more harmful than CO₂. By converting waste immediately into energy, PanoraX prevents methane emissions before they start.
-
Reliable Local Energy – While waste disappears, communities gain a stable supply of renewable electricity.
-
Job Creation – Plants are modular, scalable, and can be set up in just 8–12 months, bringing new green jobs to both cities and rural areas.
The Bigger Picture
The beauty of the PANORAX ENERGY smokeless system is that it turns one of humanity’s greatest problems — mountains of waste — into one of our most valuable resources: clean, affordable energy. It doesn’t require separating or sorting waste, it doesn’t rely on landfills, and it doesn’t push the problem to future generations. Instead, it creates a direct, sustainable solution that communities, industries, and governments can rely on today.
In short:
-
No smoke. No pollution. No methane.
-
Just clean power, healthier air, and a safer planet for everyone.

The process works in three stages:
-
High-Temperature Combustion up to 1500C/2730F – Waste is instantly reduced to ash while releasing heat.
-
Energy Conversion – Heat powers a high-efficiency steam turbine, generating up to 5 MW/h per module.
-
No Emission – Advanced flue gas collapse by stochiometric method ensures clean air output.
Key Advantages:
-
No Pre-Sorting Needed – Greater feedstock flexibility.
-
Immediate Methane Prevention – No landfill storage.
-
Scalable & Modular – Deployable in cities, rural areas, and industrial hubs.
Proven emission compliance – U.S. EPA standards
